The wire then enters the automatic hanger forming machine, where it is cut to length, bent into shape, and twisted securely at the neck—all in a single continuous motion. We also equipped the machine with a counter system, allowing the client to set batch quantities (e.g., 500 pieces per bundle) for easier packaging and logistics management.
